Responsibilities: * Operate, adjust, and monitor grading machines (e.g., for citrus, apples, peaches, among other products); * Perform initial setup of the grader according to the type and size of fruit being processed; * Conduct regular inspections of machine operation, detecting and correcting any anomalies; * Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve breakdowns or technical stoppages; * Ensure cleaning and organization of the machine and work area; * Record operational data when necessary and report any non-conformities; * Monitor and adjust programs aiming to maximize productivity. Requirements: * Previous experience as a grading machine operator, preferably in horticultural centers; * Basic knowledge of mechanics and industrial machinery operation; * Sense of responsibility and attention to detail; * Ability to work in a team and under pressure; * Availability to work shifts, if necessary. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of weight, diameter, and/or color-based grading systems; * Experience with specific grading machine brands (e.g., Maf Roda/Unitec); * Residence near the center or ability to commute.
