This role is suited for professionals with a passion for **quality, continuous improvement, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams**, who wish to advance their careers within a demanding and structured industrial environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in process improvement and development projects, collaborating on FMEA preparation; * Define and monitor control plans and quality requirements; * Support internal, customer, and standards audits; * Manage customer complaints, tracking corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure updates to quality documentation (P-FMEA, R-FMEA, control plans, work instructions). **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Engineering (e.g., quality, mechanical, industrial, or related fields); * Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (experience in quality and continuous improvement is preferred); * Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3 standards; * Familiarity with Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA) (preferred); * Fluent English (mandatory) and knowledge of German (preferred); * Organized profile, detail-oriented, resilient, and with strong teamwork skills. **Offer:** * Direct contract with a top-tier multinational structure; * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Base salary (paid over 14 months) + meal allowance (€7.25/day) + health insurance; * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Specialized training and access to the most advanced quality tools; * Dynamic, qualified, and innovation-oriented work environment.
