The company is located in **Campo Maior**. ### **Responsibilities** Supervise operations during the night shift, ensuring production continuity and efficiency Coordinate teams and resources, guaranteeing smooth on-site activity execution Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Monitor production indicators and intervene to resolve incidents Coordinate with support departments (maintenance, quality, logistics) to prevent downtime Ensure effective communication between shifts and prepare operational reports Promote continuous process improvement and team development ### **Profile** 12th grade education or equivalent qualification Experience in supervisory roles within an industrial environment Knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S) Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented profile Availability to work night shifts Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office) ### **Offer** Integration into a solid and well-structured company Dynamic work environment in an industrial context Permanent employment contract Health and life insurance Gross monthly base salary: €1,200 Shift allowance: 25% Meal allowance: €7.25 per working day
