Problem resolution and close monitoring of properties Property / Accommodation Manager We are looking for a responsible, autonomous, and practical person to oversee the daily management of a residential property accommodating approximately 15 guests and to support the management of two additional apartments. Responsibilities include cleaning and organizing the residence, guest check-in and check-out, acquiring new guests, billing oversight, reservation management, and resolving day-to-day incidents such as complaints, minor repairs, light bulb replacements, simple blockages, contacting technicians when necessary, and ensuring proper property functionality. For the two apartments, responsibilities are limited to occasional support during check-in and check-out, and handling unforeseen situations. We seek someone with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, the ability to resolve problems quickly, an affinity for interacting with people, and availability for close property monitoring. Experience in short-term rentals or property management is valued but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates the right attitude. We offer accommodation in a private room within the main residence (shared bathroom), commission on new guest acquisitions, and a variable component tied to monthly revenue. With all three properties fully occupied, the monthly income can exceed €500, including the private room.
