Promotion of productivity, clarity, and technical consistency Optimyzer, a company developing road infrastructure, airport infrastructure, and road safety studies, is recruiting a Technical Preparation and Optimization Engineer for its team. **Role Mission:** Ensure that only the essential, necessary, and productive elements reach the execution phase. The Technical Preparation and Optimization Engineer filters, simplifies, and standardizes technical and operational procedures, transforming projects and studies into clear, efficient, and economically advantageous instructions. Their objective is to eliminate redundancies and subjectivity, promoting productivity, clarity, and technical consistency across all Optimyzer projects. **Main Responsibilities:** - Review technical documents, reports, and procedures before delivery to production, ensuring objectivity and clarity; - Eliminate redundant steps and reformulate tasks to reduce effort and increase real value; - Translate complex projects into simple, practical, and executable instructions; - Define standardized technical production methods, ensuring consistency across projects; - Support technical coordination in creating “lean” and reusable work models; - Identify and eliminate low-impact or non-value-adding activities; - Develop technical control checklists ensuring only what is necessary proceeds to execution; - Collaborate closely with production, auditing, and project teams to clarify the “what”, “how”, and “why” of each deliverable; - Promote a culture of continuous optimization and technical critical thinking; - Propose internal workflow adjustments to reduce response time and increase overall productivity. **Technical Requirements:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with focus on transportation or infrastructure); - Experience in projects, audits, or technical preparation (minimum 3 years); - Knowledge of road project processes, audits, and road safety studies; - Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Excel, and technical information management tools; - Analytical ability to identify redundancies and simplify technical workflows; - Lean Construction or technical process management experience is valued. **Behavioral Competencies:** - Clear reasoning and ability to synthesize technical information; - Rigor and focus on essentials, avoiding distraction; - Constructive critical thinking (“Is this truly necessary?”); - Objective and effective communication among technical teams; - Ability to structure and standardize procedures; - Mindset oriented toward efficiency and continuous improvement; - Collaborative and assertive attitude, focused on concrete results.
