Functional content inherent to the Senior Technician career, at Complexity Level 3, as stipulated in the annex to Law No. 35/2014 of 20 June, pursuant to Article 88\.º of the Statute of Public Function Workers (LTFP), supplemented by functions specified in the Municipality’s Staff Establishment Plan, which are as follows: * Functions are essentially technical, administrative, and planning-oriented, covering areas related to territorial planning, urban planning, licensing, and public space management. Main Functions and Responsibilities: * Assess architectural projects for construction, reconstruction, extension, or demolition; verify compliance with the Municipal Master Plan (PDM), municipal regulations, technical standards, and applicable national legislation (RJUE – Legal Framework for Urbanization and Construction); * Draft, revise, and update territorial management instruments, namely: PDM, Urbanization Plans, and Detailed Plans; * Develop and monitor urban rehabilitation projects, green spaces, and municipal infrastructure; * Evaluate and issue opinions on construction projects, land subdivisions, tourism and industrial developments, and public road occupation applications; * Analyze procedures related to prior information, construction, land subdivisions, and other matters, and issue or request necessary opinions to support decision-making or deliberation; * Support the inspection team by verifying whether construction works comply with approved projects.
