Support in disciplinary proceedings and legal compliance **Offer Code:**OE202604/0075 **Offer Type:**Ordinary Competitive Procedure **Status:**Active **Organizational Level:**Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation **Agency/Service:**Polytechnic Institute of Guarda **Employment Relationship:**Fixed-term Public Employment Contract (CTFP) **Duration:**12 months **Work Regime:**General Careers **Career:**Senior Technician **Category:**Senior Technician **Complexity Level:**3 **Remuneration:**Level 16 or 26 **Monthly Supplement:**0.00 EUR **Job Description:**This recruitment process concerns a position whose functional content corresponds to the general career of Senior Technician, particularly within the Legal Office of the IPG, and includes, inter alia: * Providing technical legal advisory services across the various operational areas of the IPG; * Preparing legal opinions, reports, and conducting legal studies on any matters submitted by the President; * Handling administrative litigation; * Providing legal support and intervening in disciplinary proceedings; * Ensuring the collection, processing, and dissemination of legislation, case law, and legal doctrine relevant to the performance of the IPG’s duties; * Collaborating in the preparation, drafting, and analysis of draft regulations, contracts, resolutions, protocols, orders, and other documents requested; * Promoting monitoring and updating of the Corruption and Related Offences Risk Management Plan; * Promoting the development and monitoring of norms and procedures within the scope of Corruption Prevention; * Providing legal support for the drafting and revision of plans and programs that the IPG is legally required to adopt and implement, or others determined by the President of the IPG; * Supporting the Human Resources Management Division in various matters requiring legal assistance; * Managing the Legal Office’s correspondence and archives; * Performing other legal-related activities assigned or requested. 5.2. The functional description in section 5.1 does not preclude assigning the employee functions not expressly mentioned therein, provided they are similar or functionally related, for which the employee possesses adequate professional qualifications and which do not entail professional devaluation, pursuant to article 81, paragraph 1 of the LTFP. 5.3.
