**About the position:** **Teach For Portugal (TFP)**, part of the global Teach For All network, works so that all children reach their full potential. As a **TFP Mentor**, you will integrate, for **2 years**, an **educational community** situated in a context of vulnerability, supporting teachers and developing projects that promote greater opportunities for students.
**We want you to apply your knowledge in fields such as Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or Technology in a new role: TFP Mentor.**
You will help children from disadvantaged backgrounds simplify mathematics, explore scientific thinking, and develop essential skills, gaining contextual knowledge **that you can later apply in innovation, research, education, or social impact projects.**
**What We Offer?**
* A 2-year formative, professional, and paid Leadership Development Program;
* Gross remuneration of €29,000, distributed across the 22 months of the full-time contract;
* +300 hours of training, including 4 weeks of initial intensive residential training (theoretical and practical);
* Individualized pedagogical and leadership mentoring by a pedagogical tutor;
* Internal and external job shadowing: opportunity to explore other contexts related to education or social impact during the summer between the two program years;

* You hold a completed undergraduate degree by September 2026;
* You have geographical availability for the areas where we are recruiting;
* You are fluent in Portuguese and have an intermediate level of English;
