Now, we want you to **be part of this story and grow with us.** **What we expect from you** **Screen Printing Operator:** We seek an experienced, autonomous, responsible, and meticulous screen printing professional, proficient in all stages of the screen printing process and capable of organizing and supervising a small team. We value individuals with a strong quality mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement of production processes. **The Challenge:** Take ownership of Weprint’s screen printing process—from screen and ink preparation through fine-tuning, printing, drying, curing, and quality control—operating automatic, semi-automatic, and manual screen printing equipment. You will also be responsible for organizing and guiding Production Assistants assigned to the department, ensuring compliance with Work Orders, quality standards, and defined deadlines. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 12th-grade education; * Proven professional experience in screen printing; * Autonomy in preparing and executing all stages of the screen printing process; * Experience in screen preparation, emulsification, exposure, development, and reclaiming; * Knowledge of ink preparation, mixing, and color adjustment; * Experience in registration and fine-tuning of multi-color print jobs; * Experience operating automatic, semi-automatic, and/or manual screen printing equipment; * Knowledge of ink drying and curing, including temperature and time control; * Ability to interpret Work Orders, measurements, and technical specifications; * Organizational skills, rigor, and high attention to detail; * Problem-solving ability and quality control capability; * Ability to guide and delegate tasks within a small team; * Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and adherence to deadlines; * Residence in Vila Nova de Gaia or neighboring municipalities, with independent mobility. **Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Specialized technical role with autonomy and responsibility over the screen printing process; * Hands-on work with diverse equipment, techniques, products, and printing substrates; * Professional, collaborative, and balanced work environment; * Ongoing training and skill development; * Opportunities for professional development and advancement; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM; * Remuneration commensurate with experience, competencies, and demonstrated autonomy; * Meal allowance. **Applications** Do you identify with this opportunity?
