Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Analyst to join our internal consulting team (Digital), responsible for gathering requirements for the implementation of a BI system. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration within teams using agile methodologies At WINNING CONSULTING, we are looking for a **Functional Analyst** to join a project within our internal consulting team (Digital), based at our offices in **Lisbon/Porto**. The Functional Consultant will be responsible for gathering functional and non-functional requirements for the design and implementation of a Business Intelligence (BI) system, as well as preparing all required and necessary documentation. You will work collaboratively with the project team, ensuring timely delivery of value-aligned outputs in accordance with established technical best practices. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field; * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in functional consulting; * Experience/knowledge in **Business Intelligence**; * Experience using **agile methodologies**, specifically Scrum or Kanban (or equivalents); * Strong teamwork and communication skills with both technical and functional stakeholders; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Attention to detail and commitment to quality and best practices; * Ability to adapt to dynamic, multi-project environments. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Gather functional and non-functional requirements; * Ensure adherence to best practices in functional and technical documentation, including version control; * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, Retrospective), contributing to continuous team improvement. **Who Are We?** Winning Consulting is a consulting firm offering services in consulting, training, recruitment, and research.
