Job Summary: D4B is seeking a Project Implementation Consultant / Business Analyst to support enterprise software implementation projects, including deployment, training, and customer support. We are looking to strengthen our team with a Project Implementation Consultant / Business Analyst to support implementation, training, and customer support projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and configure enterprise management software solutions; * Gather and analyze business requirements from clients; * Support implementation and data migration processes; * Provide functional support to end users; * Deliver training to clients on implemented solutions; * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization; * Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions tailored to client needs. **Required Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field; * Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) / management software (e.g., Primavera or similar); * Knowledge of SQL; * Ability to analyze and understand business processes; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Customer orientation and problem-solving ability; * Autonomy, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility; * Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in ERP implementation; * Database knowledge; * Experience delivering user training. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing company with challenging projects; * Continuous training and professional development; * Exposure to diverse business sectors and corporate realities; * Participation in innovative enterprise solution implementation projects; **Application** If you seek a challenge in a field combining technology, business processes, and direct client interaction, please send\-us your application.
