Assist end-users in analysing and interpreting data **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for Data and Business Intelligence platforms. * Monitor and resolve incidents. * Support the maintenance and optimization of solutions. * Assist end\-users in analysing and interpreting data through reporting tools. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science or similar; * Minimum of 4 years of experience in support with BI; * Knowledge in Data and Business Intelligence; * Experience or exposure to MicroStrategy; * Understanding of ETL processes and cloud environments will be valued; * Previous experience with Big Data tools is considered a plus; * Strong analytical skills, problem\-solving ability; * Fluency in English.
