**Main responsibilities:** * Garden and green space maintenance * Mowing, trimming and treating lawns, hedges, ornamental plants and trees. * Planting, transplanting and watering species suitable for the local climate. * Fertilizing, pruning and pest and disease control in a sustainable manner. * Irrigation system management * Operating and ensuring proper functioning of irrigation systems. * Adjusting watering schedules according to season, weather and specific crop needs. * Natural heritage conservation * Ensuring preservation of native species from the Alentejo region. * Collaborating on landscaping practices that respect environmental sustainability. * Safety and organization * Maintaining gardening equipment in good condition. * Working in compliance with occupational health and safety standards. **Skills and Requirements** * Experience in gardening and handling related machinery. * Knowledge of garden maintenance and native plants. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good physical fitness and enjoyment of outdoor work. * Aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail are valued. * Preferably: knowledge of organic and sustainable gardening practices. * Valid driver's license required **Behavioral Profile** * Dedication and responsibility. * Carefulness and attention to detail. * Collaborative spirit across different areas (hospitality, agriculture, wine tourism). * Alignment with the values of authenticity, nature and hospitality of São Lourenço do Barrocal. **Contractual Conditions** * Fixed-term contract of 11 months (possible renewal) * Salary commensurate with the role * Shared accommodation provided during the first contract * Meals provided in kind during working hours at the main dining room * Work uniform provided * Possibility of using community transportation for commuting between accommodation\-hotel Job type: Full-time, Temporary or Fixed-term employment contract Contract duration: 11 months Pay: 980.00€ \- 1,100.00€ per month
