What will you do? * Be the guardian of the environment at our construction site, ensuring full compliance and minimal impact. * Supervise and coordinate on-site archaeology activities, guaranteeing proper protection and management of any findings. * Work closely with construction teams to integrate best environmental and archaeological practices throughout all project stages. * Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and cultural heritage preservation standards. * Prepare reports, monitor indicators, and propose solutions to any challenges that arise. * Serve as the focal point for environmental and archaeological matters, communicating clearly and effectively with all stakeholders. The gastronomic concept of Malhadinha's Restaurant is rooted in regional cuisine inspired by the traditional recipes of Alentejo, featuring contemporary author-style cooking, supported by the long-term consultancy of Michelin-starred chef Joachim Koerper.
