Participation in continuous improvement and task automation **About the Challenge:** We are seeking a Systems Operator / Distributed Environments Operator to join our IT Operations team in a dynamic and technology-driven environment, where you can gain practical experience in monitoring, support, and management of critical systems. If you have a technical background in computer science, enjoy problem-solving, and wish to launch your career in operations and infrastructure, this position is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor distributed environments and critical systems, ensuring their availability and performance. * Identify application or infrastructure outages and failures, and resolve them at first line. * Log and escalate incidents via ITSM tools (Jira). * Support user, account, and access management (AD, O365, e-mail, VDI). * Implement patches and updates under supervision from systems teams. * Participate in continuous improvement and task automation initiatives. * Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and optimize processes. **Requirements:** * Academic qualification in Networks, Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields (Level IV/V); * Solid knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and/or Linux). * Basic understanding of monitoring, troubleshooting, and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python). * Passion for technology, operations, and infrastructure. * Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork orientation. * Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Eligibility for IEFP professional internship (Level 4 or 5\); * Knowledge of SQL and PHP. **We Value:** * Technical English. * Familiarity with the Portuguese energy market and the National Electricity System. * Continuous learning mindset and willingness to contribute to the team’s technical culture. **Interested?** Apply directly through this posting, or send your CV to \.
