As a backstage customer relationship expert, your role will be to deliver outstanding support—combining technical accuracy, responsiveness, and empathy. * **Communication channels:** Exclusively handling text-based channels (incoming emails and Live Chat moderation). * **Core responsibilities:** Regulatory file analysis, verification of document compliance, and general administrative management in French. * **Work environment:** On-site position based in Porto. Work is performed physically at our offices, with potential progression toward a hybrid work model depending on the project you join. ### **Compensation Package & Social Benefits** To recognize precision, consistency, and commitment, we offer a transparent and fixed compensation policy: * **Gross base salary (L2 grade):** €1,120 per month (paid over 14 months annually). * **Guaranteed onboarding allowance:** €100 per month (a performance bonus automatically paid throughout your first semester to support your initial transition). * **Attendance bonus:** €25 per month, rewarding punctuality at the office. * **Meal allowance:** Approximately €126 per month (credited directly in cash on your payslip). * **Additional benefits:** Immediate access upon joining to a premium private health insurance plan, preferential rates at a network of fitness centers, and exclusive discounts with partner brands. **Estimated gross monthly income:** Approximately **€1,371** (sum of regular monthly bonuses, excluding deferred 13th and 14th-month payments). ### **Scheduling & Work-Life Balance** To balance operational excellence with respect for your personal time, schedules follow predictable rotating patterns: * **Monday to Friday:** Fixed office hours from 09:00 to 18:00. * **Saturday:** Operational coverage provided via scheduled rotating shifts between 10:00 and 20:00. * **Weekly rest:** Sunday is a fixed, guaranteed day off. If you work on Saturday, a mandatory second recovery day is scheduled during the week. ### **Candidate Profile: Skills & Soft Skills** * **Language proficiency:** Excellent written French (C1/C2 level mandatory) to ensure error-free responses.
