




Job Summary: We are seeking an Inspector for visual inspection and quality assurance of textile products, with a focus on identifying defects and recording them, maintaining workstation organization, and adhering to safety standards. It currently employs approximately 750 qualified professionals and operates a modern industrial park in Guimarães, enabling rapid response to customer demands. As part of strengthening our Dyeing and New Finishing teams, we seek to hire an Inspector to support a critical area of visual inspection and quality assurance for our textile products. Main Responsibilities: \- Perform visual inspection of fabric rolls, identifying any defects or irregularities; \- Accurately record detected defects according to internal procedures; \- Follow work instructions related to equipment and workstation; \- Assist in correctly identifying and routing inspected items; \- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the workstation; \- Comply with company-defined safety, quality, and best practice standards; \- Report any anomalies or situations that may compromise product quality to supervisors. Required Profile: \- Prior professional experience in similar roles will be valued; \- Experience in an industrial or textile environment will be considered an advantage; \- Attention to detail and sensitivity in identifying defects; \- Sense of responsibility, rigor, and commitment to quality; \- Ability to concentrate and stay organized; \- Immediate availability; \- Availability for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) and/or the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) — one of these two shifts is mandatory.
