Continuous and stable employment **First-Class Painter Position \| Immediate Start** We are expanding our painting team! **Renovar Ideias, Lda** is looking for an **experienced painter** to join a solid team handling multiple ongoing projects and offering favorable working conditions. Location: Porto Schedule: Full-time (weekdays) \+ Saturdays (optional) **Responsibilities:** * Surface preparation; * Sanding of walls and wood; * Skimming and leveling of walls; * Surface preparation for painting; * Application of paint using roller and/or spray gun; * Enameling work; * Varnishing work; * Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail. **Required Profile:** * Experience in civil construction painting; * Proficiency in surface preparation and painting techniques; * Ability to work with roller and paint spray gun; * Clean, organized, and meticulous individual; * Strong sense of responsibility; * Attention to detail and appreciation for well-executed work; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team; * Punctuality and cooperative spirit. **We Offer:** * Remuneration commensurate with experience; * Organized and professional work environment; * Continuous and stable employment; * Integration into a growing company.
