If you are passionate about bar operations and wish to join a dynamic, growing project, this opportunity is for you. **We are recruiting: Bartender (M/F) – Vila Nova de Gaia** **Main responsibilities:** * Delivering personalized customer service to provide a distinctive bar experience; * Preparing and executing cocktails and beverages according to the group’s strictest standards; * Ensuring availability and control of products required for service; * Managing stock and consumption reports; * Contributing to the creation and updating of cocktail menus; * Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards; * Organizing and maintaining the workplace; * Inspecting and reporting equipment status. **Required profile:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender; * Immediate availability for full-time shifts; * Language skills (English preferred; others valued); * Strong customer orientation and service quality focus; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Dynamism, proactivity, and attention to detail. **We offer:** * Growth opportunity within a solid and expanding group; * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience; * Exclusive benefits from Grupo Romando; * Career progression opportunities.
