AI Automation and Integration Technician (Junior/Mid)

Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Automation and Integration Technician (junior/mid) to build, over 24 months, AI solutions that automate tasks and improve customer interaction. Key Highlights: 1. Build 3 real end-to-end AI products 2. Real autonomy and visible impact within a company 3. External consulting support for technical decisions Cliques & Riscos, a textile and fashion industry accessories company headquartered in Trofa, will launch the C&R SmartSuite.AI project and is looking for an AI Automation and Integration Technician (junior/mid) to build it over 24 months. We are not looking for a machine learning researcher. We seek someone early- or mid-career who enjoys making things work: connecting tools, creating automations, and bringing AI solutions from concept to daily use. What You Will Build: * Visual image search across a catalog of over 70\.000 items and 200\.000 images; * AI agents that automate administrative tasks: document classification, data extraction, ERP updates, and email organization; * An ERP-integrated chatbot that answers customer inquiries about orders, delivery timelines, and availability. Requirements: * Proficiency in Python and comfortable working with APIs and webhooks (REST, JSON); * Experience (even personal or academic) with automation platforms: n8n, Zapier, or Make; * Autonomy to read documentation and solve problems; * Fluent Portuguese and technical English (reading proficiency). Nice-to-Have (non-eliminatory): * Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Claude) and familiarity with embeddings and similarity search; * SQL and integration with ERP systems or databases; * Portfolio, GitHub, or personal projects.
