Join us! **YOUR CHALLENGE:** Reporting to the Horeca PT Division, your responsibilities will include: * Identifying, acquiring, and developing new business opportunities with high-potential customers, and following up on opportunities identified by others (applicable to Pre-Sales areas). * Maintaining your territory’s opportunity pipeline continuously updated in the Organization’s IT system, to systematically reflect existing business potential. * Efficiently and consistently executing the Prospecting Programs defined within the Operational Plan. * Activating customers in your portfolio by implementing the defined visit plan and negotiating contracts aimed at sustainably increasing sales—adapting shelf layouts, introducing new SKUs, negotiating promotional terms, and implementing brand activation and visibility strategies (applicable to Pre-Sales areas). * Managing customers covered by exclusive purchase agreements assigned to you, in accordance with the Organization’s current Exclusive Purchase Agreement Management Process. * Participating in and/or supporting technically complex projects within your area of responsibility and/or operationally mentoring junior team members. **WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management or related fields (preferred); * Professional experience in the field exceeding 3 years (preferred); * Knowledge of Sales Techniques / Merchandising / Fast-Moving Consumer Goods will be valued; * Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills; * Microsoft Office: intermediate level; * Willingness to travel; * Good English language skills.
