Opportunity for career progression in a motivating environment. **Position: Bartender** The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring excellent service, product quality, and a memorable experience for customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. * Ensure proper presentation and quality of served beverages. * Serve customers at the bar professionally and courteously. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. * Monitor inventory levels, consumption, and restock supplies. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational health and safety regulations. * Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient service. * Maintain bar equipment and utensils in good condition. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a bartender or barman/barmaid. * Knowledge of classic cocktails and bartending techniques. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Organizational skills, dynamism, and attention to detail. * Fluency in English. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Professional appearance and demeanor. **Conditions:** * Employment contract. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Opportunity for career progression. * Integration into a dynamic team and a motivating work environment.
