If you are passionate about technology and want to shape the future—TEKEVER is the right place for you. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Execute assigned tasks following instructions from the team leader and production engineer; * Adhere to the production task schedule; * Maintain punctuality and respect scheduled entry/exit times, breaks, and task durations; * Keep facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition; * Ensure workplace safety for team members by preventing risky behaviors and improper use of equipment and tools; * Guarantee that produced parts and completed tasks meet required quality standards; in the rare cases where they do not, implement corrective actions to resolve the issue and preventive measures to avoid recurrence; * Meet defined production and delivery deadlines; * Maintain positive relationships and assertive communication with colleagues from other departments; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of your team’s workspace before, during, and after task execution; * Implement instructions received from superiors; * Contribute to being part of a motivated, productive, and disciplined team. **Profile and Requirements:** * Minimum educational qualification; * Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, with proven C2-level competence; * User-level computer skills; * Knowledge of lamination; * Professional experience in this or a similar sector—minimum 2 years; * Organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities; * Goal-oriented mindset; * Strong communication skills and leadership potential. **What We Offer You:** * An excellent working environment and an opportunity to make a difference; * Competitive salary aligned with proven experience.
