Ensure one's own health and safety, as well as that of colleagues, including external contractors or support staff. Provide maintenance support during online troubleshooting and implementation of corrective actions, including interfacing with controls, robots, and PLC systems. Configure and program new jobs. Create, document, develop, and implement procedures to ensure equipment meets all Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives. Enhance overall processes and related issues by assuming proactive leadership in Continuous Improvement activities. Stay updated on industry technologies and advancements. Support the Project Management team in evaluating new jobs and processes. Support the Quality team in evaluating and improving product dimensional reports. Support team functions through: o Submission and implementation of Kaizen initiatives o Coverage of other workstations as required o Problem solving o Support for operational metrics and fulfillment of operational needs Participation in the Process Audit schedule Participation in the Internal Audit schedule Participation and cooperation in clarifying questions and providing information for internal and external audits related to ISO. Knowledge and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Mechanical/Technical Engineering or equivalent. Experience in the automotive industry Knowledge of production processes (stamping, welding, painting, plastic injection) will be valued. Knowledge of technical drawing (interpretation and analysis). Knowledge of mechanical and metallographic testing of materials (welding, stamping, painting, heat treatments). Team-oriented and dynamic mindset at shop floor level. Ability to work with defined and ambitious objectives. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Good interpersonal relationship, communication skills, and conflict management ability.
