Our focus is innovation, and we need people like you: with different ideas and the motivation to put them into practice! **Junior Fullstack Developer (m/f)** **Responsibilities:** * Participate in solution design and contribute ideas; * Participate in solution development; * Interact with other stakeholders and all organizational departments whenever necessary. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Information Systems Engineering and Management or similar; * Preferably up to 6 months’ experience in web application development; * Knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies: VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework; * Experience in database design or development, preferably in SQL Server environments; * Experience in web solution development: HTML5, Javascript, React.js, and Kendo UI; * Familiarity with agile methodologies—particularly SCRUM—is preferred; * Strong team spirit, analytical ability, and tolerance for pressure. **Conditions:** * An excellent working environment; * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated skills; * Performance bonuses; * Training opportunities; * Birthday day off; * Hybrid work model in Braga or remote work, depending on location; * Flexible working hours (8:30–17:30 / 9:00–18:00 / 9:00–18:30); * Possibility of one Friday afternoon off per month.
