Accommodation in a private room in the main house Property / Accommodation Manager We are looking for a responsible, autonomous, and practical individual to oversee the daily management of a house accommodating approximately 15 guests, and to assist with the management of two additional apartments. Responsibilities include cleaning and organizing the house, guest check-in and check-out, acquiring new guests, monitoring billing, managing reservations, and resolving day-to-day incidents—such as complaints, minor repairs, light bulb replacements, simple blockages, contacting technicians when necessary—and ensuring the proper functioning of all properties. For the two apartments, responsibilities are limited to occasional support during check-in and check-out, and handling unforeseen situations. We seek someone with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, the ability to solve problems quickly, enthusiasm for interacting with people, and availability to closely monitor the properties. Experience in short-term rental accommodation or property management is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates the right attitude. We offer accommodation in a private room in the main house (shared bathroom), commission on newly acquired guests, and a variable component linked to monthly revenue. With all three properties fully occupied, the monthly income may exceed €500, including the private room.
