Job Summary: We are seeking a Second Chef to work at a resort in Montargil, responsible for preparing and cooking dishes, coordinating the team, and ensuring food quality. Key Highlights: 1. Serlima Target, part of the Serlima Group, is the business unit specialized in temporary staffing and direct assignments. Given our strong market growth, we aim to strengthen our client’s workforce through Serlima Target by hiring a **SECOND CHEF for a resort in Montargil.** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation and cooking of dishes according to technical specifications; * Coordination and organization of the workstation; * Supervision of Second, Third Chefs and Kitchen Assistants; * Ensuring dish quality, presentation, and consistency; * Control of raw materials and waste reduction; * Strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP); * Support in organizing and planning daily service. REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience in the role, preferably in hospitality; * Advanced technical knowledge of cooking; * Leadership ability and teamwork skills; * Organization, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work under pressure; * Punctuality and attendance; * Immediate availability; * Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; CONDITIONS: * Employment contract; * Possibility of **accommodation and/or logistical support** (depending on the hotel unit); * Salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; * Integration into a structured team; Salary: €1,100.00 – €1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site
