If you are passionate about technology and want to shape the future—TEKEVER is the right place for you. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Executing assigned tasks following instructions from the team leader and production engineer; * Adhering to the production task schedule; * Punctuality and strict adherence to entry/exit times, break schedules, and durations of assigned tasks; * Maintaining facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition; * Ensuring workplace safety for team members by preventing risky behaviors and improper use of equipment and tools; * Ensuring produced parts and completed tasks meet required quality standards; in the rare cases where they do not, implementing corrective actions to resolve the issue and preventive measures to avoid recurrence; * Meeting defined production and delivery deadlines; * Maintaining positive relationships and assertive communication with colleagues from other departments; * Ensuring cleanliness and order in the team’s work area before, during, and after task execution; * Performing tasks in integration, finishing, or other departments as production needs require; * Implementing instructions received from superiors; * Contributing to building a motivated, productive, and disciplined team. **Profile and Requirements:** * Minimum educational qualification; * Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, with certified C2-level competence; * User-level computer literacy; * Knowledge of lamination; * Minimum two years of professional experience in this sector or a similar one; * Organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities; * Goal-oriented mindset; * Strong communication skills and leadership potential. **What We Offer:** * An excellent working environment and an opportunity to make a difference; * Competitive salary commensurate with proven experience; * Daily transportation from the Ponte de Sôr town center to TEKEVER’s facilities.
