




Job Summary: We are seeking a First-Cook for a resort in Montargil, responsible for dish preparation and cooking, kitchen coordination, and quality assurance. Key Highlights: 1. Given our strong market growth, we aim to reinforce our client’s team through Serlima Target by hiring a **FIRST-COOK for a resort in Montargil.** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare and cook dishes according to technical specifications; * Coordinate and organize the workstation; * Supervise Second-Cooks, Third-Cooks, and Kitchen Assistants; * Ensure dish quality, presentation, and consistency; * Monitor raw materials and minimize waste; * Strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP); * Support daily service organization and planning. REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience in this role, preferably in hospitality; * Advanced technical culinary knowledge; * Leadership and teamwork skills; * Organization, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work under pressure; * Punctuality and attendance; * Immediate availability; * Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; CONDITIONS: * Employment contract; * Possibility of **accommodation and/or logistical support** (depending on the hotel unit); * Salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; * Integration into a structured team; Payment: €1,200.00 – €1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site
