Job Summary: We are seeking a First-Class Waiter to deliver excellent customer service at a resort, with emphasis on etiquette, service protocol, and food-and-wine pairing suggestions. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent customer service following etiquette and protocol standards. 2. Present the menu, explain dishes, and suggest food-and-wine pairings. 3. Experience as a First-Class Waiter and in bar operations. Serlima Target, part of the Serlima Group, is the business unit specialized in temporary staffing and direct assignments. Given our strong market growth, we aim to strengthen our client’s team through Serlima Target by hiring a **FIRST-CLASS WAITER** for a **Resort in Montargil**. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Deliver excellent customer service following etiquette and service protocol standards; * Greet and seat customers courteously; * Present the menu, explain dishes and beverages, and suggest harmonious pairings (especially wines); * Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar; * Serve dishes and beverages in the correct order and sequence; * Set up and clear tables (mise en place) with impeccable presentation; REQUIREMENTS: * Experience as a First-Class Waiter or in similar roles; * Experience in bar operations; * Knowledge of English (proficiency in other languages is an asset); * Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor; * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours; * Immediate availability.
