As a Senior Commercial Project Manager, you are at the center of our projects, where financial performance, customer engagement, and execution come together. You start your day by aligning with your project teams and stakeholders, reviewing project performance, key risks, and opportunities, and defining clear priorities to stay ahead. Throughout the day, you act as a trusted commercial partner to Project Managers and business leadership, co\-steering complex projects and actively driving decisions that improve margin, cash flow, and overall project outcomes. You engage with customers and partners on commercial topics, ensuring transparency, managing expectations, and resolving financial challenges to keep projects on track. You take ownership of the financial performance of your projects, proactively identifying deviations, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions. By the end of the day, you see the impact of your work in stronger project performance, better decisions, and successful delivery for our customers. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Take full commercial ownership of projects, co\-leading with the Project Manager to optimize financial performance, including margin, cash flow, and asset management. * Act as a trusted partner to project teams and stakeholders, driving fact\-based decisions and ensuring strong commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle. * Proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities, including foreign exchange exposure, claims, and contractual topics, ensuring sustainable project outcomes. * Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for your projects, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely insights for decision\-making. * Drive disciplined project execution in line with Siemens Energy Project Excellence and Financial Reporting Guidelines. * Support customer interactions and commercial negotiations, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on financial aspects. * Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices, strengthening processes, and enhancing commercial awareness across project teams. **What You Bring*** Significant experience in commercial project management, project controlling, or contract management in a complex, project\-driven environment. * Proven ability to independently lead the commercial aspects of projects and influence key decisions with senior stakeholders. * Strong track record in driving project performance across margin, cash flow, and risk management.
