What is this challenge about * Implement solutions in a .NET environment using C\#; * Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code; * Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications; * Identify bottlenecks and bugs, proposing and implementing effective solutions; * Maintain high standards of code quality and organization; * Mentor and coach junior software developers. Does it sound exciting? \ What we are looking for * 6\+ years of experience with C\#/.NET; * Previous experience in the financial sector; * Knowledge of Interest Rate Derivatives and Market Risk Management is a plus; * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; * Experience in backend development with C\#; * Experience developing and consuming REST APIs; * Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) is a plus; * Knowledge of SOLID and KISS principles; * Commitment to coding best practices and enforcing them through pull request reviews; * Agile and craftsmanship mindset, with experience in Scrum methodologies; * Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2\).
