Job Summary: We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our team, with experience in distributed infrastructures and mission-critical environments, for international-scale projects. Regular mentoring and opportunities for professional growth We are recruiting a **DevOps Engineer** (m/f) to reinforce our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of working in a hybrid arrangement. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields (preferred); * 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Administration; * Solid experience with Linux and open-source environments; * Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar; * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization; * Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Experience in automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet); * Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana); * Experience troubleshooting distributed infrastructures and mission-critical environments; * Knowledge of networking and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, Load Balancing); * Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) (preferred); * Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or relational databases (preferred); * Experience in enterprise environments and high-availability infrastructures (preferred); * English at B2 level or higher (preferred). **What we offer:** * Flexibility in work arrangements (hybrid); * Structured mentoring program; * Participation in innovative, internationally scaled projects; * Competitive compensation aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day off and employee referral bonus.
