Alfragide, Portugal Hybrid model (3 days onsite) 24/7 support required About the Position We are looking for a DB2 z/OS-specialized Database Administrator to join our team as a Senior Consultant. This role involves providing support for both applications and production environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability. We seek a candidate with outstanding technical capability, strong organizational skills, and resilience under high-pressure situations. Responsibilities * Administer DB2 for z/OS databases. * Provide application and production support (24x7\). * Analyze and improve application and subsystem performance. * Manage and execute DB2 utilities (LOAD, REORG, COPY, etc.). * Apply fixes and updates (PTF/RSU). Technical Requirements (Mandatory) * Experience with DB2 for z/OS (minimum 5 years). * Proficiency with DB2 utilities: LOAD, REORG, COPY, among others. * Experience with SPUFI / QMF.
