With over 300 clients in the mid-market, we offer the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and innovative environment. **Your responsibilities:** Manage and administer maintenance of our clients’ computer systems, including computers, servers, networks, and applications. Ensure data and system security by using the best available tools and industry practices. Be a true technical support specialist, keeping our clients always operating at peak performance! The Information Systems Technician will perform duties related to the management, maintenance, and development of computer systems, providing technical and functional support to various organizational units, specifically: * Administration and maintenance of technological infrastructures (servers, networks, equipment); * On-site and remote technical support to users (helpdesk); * Installation, configuration, and updating of software and hardware; * Collaboration in information systems and database management; * Support for cybersecurity and implementation of best practices in information security; * Participation in administrative modernization and digital transformation projects; * Preparation of technical documentation and activity reports; * Coordination with suppliers and external entities in the field of ICT; * Support for equipment and license inventory management. **We are looking for someone who:** * Holds a degree or technical qualification in Computer Science or Network Management. * Has proven experience in managing and maintaining Windows and Linux systems. * Possesses in-depth knowledge of networks, servers, and security. * Has knowledge of Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, Hyper\-V, and VMware. * Is proficient in Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive). * Has knowledge of information security. * Is familiar with Aruba networking (VLANs, VPNs, wireless solutions) or equivalent. * Understands network firewalls, endpoint security, and identity security within the WatchGuard ecosystem or other vendors. * Has knowledge of backup solutions, preferably Arcserve UDP or Veeam. * Holds Microsoft Windows Server, MCSA, MCSE, or Azure certifications (preferred). * Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, high autonomy, and consistent customer focus. * Is interested in emerging technologies and eager to continuously advance their career. **What we offer:** * A straightforward, innovative work environment with an outstanding team! * Real opportunities for personal and professional growth, with training programs aligned with your goals and those of the company. * Challenging projects with a diverse client portfolio. * Autonomy to manage your work and make decisions. * Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with your experience and performance.
