Printer is 5 years old, in good condition but currently displaying an error. It has been used very little this year and was even powered off for 2–3 months. Upon being reconnected, it began showing an error reading two of the ink cartridges. The solution requires a deep cleaning of the print head or, as a last resort, replacement of the entire print head kit and ink cartridges (approx. €250), a cost justifiable only for users who will actively employ the printer.
