**Work location:** Algarve Shopping, Guia – Albufeira, Portugal **Job description:** We are looking for an animation operator to join our team at Algarve Shopping. This professional will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and conducting recreational, educational and entertaining activities aimed at children, youth and families, contributing to a pleasant and memorable experience at the shopping center. **Main responsibilities:** * Plan and carry out animation activities, games, themed workshops and special events; * Ensure participants' well\-being, safety and enjoyment; * Promote social interaction, creativity and active participation; * Guarantee the organization and good condition of the activity area and materials used; * Create a welcoming, inclusive and positive environment. **Requirements:** * Degree in Sociocultural Animation, Education, Sports or related fields; * Previous experience in similar roles (shopping centers, after\-school programs, summer camps, etc.); * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Creativity, proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Availability to work weekends and flexible hours; * First aid knowledge (an advantage); * Fluency in Portuguese; knowledge of English and/or Spanish is a plus. **We offer:** * Integration into a young and enthusiastic team; * Dynamic and challenging work environment; * Competitive salary according to role and experience; * Opportunity for personal and professional development.
