Take responsibility for maintaining our buildings and equipment in optimal condition and perfect working order. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our maintenance team. If you are passionate about problem-solving and have experience in different maintenance fields—such as electricity, plumbing, and carpentry—this opportunity is for you. Ensure flawless facility operations—from preventive and corrective building and equipment maintenance—to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. **Your responsibilities may include:** * Daily maintenance tasks carried out according to work orders and defined preventive maintenance plans; * Cleaning of sidewalks, signage, benches, wood treatment, stainless steel, etc.; * Execution of minor electrical works; * Other duties inherent to the role. **Desirable qualifications for this position:** * Availability to work rotating shifts (including night shifts). * Prior professional experience in similar roles; * Basic knowledge of electrical work execution; * Knowledge of civil construction; * Ability to organize work autonomously; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Valid driver's license; * Sense of responsibility and initiative; * English language proficiency; Show us your maintenance service experience!
