Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Cost Controller to assist in implementing internal processes, supervising stock management, and supporting data management and inventory activities. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation and definition of internal procurement/canteen processes. 2. Supervision of stock management and warehouse organization. 3. Support in conducting physical inventories and implementing corrective actions. **We are looking for a Junior Cost Controller to assist with the following responsibilities:** \- Implement and contribute to defining internal processes related to procurement/canteen; \- Implement receiving procedures and standards for goods and warehouse organization; \- Supervise stock management, ensuring appropriate stock levels to meet the needs of multiple departments; \- Participate in and ensure the procurement process from suppliers; \- Assist in maintaining an orderly data structure, including price entry and maintenance, menu changes, and user changes at the point-of-sale (POS) system; \- Assist in conducting the monthly physical inventory sampling of food, beverages, and general supplies; \- Assist in defining and implementing corrective actions for identified discrepancies. **Requirements:** \- Higher education or technical/professional qualification in Management, Finance, or Hotel Management; \- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in equivalent roles; \- Strong organizational, planning, assertive, and data analysis skills; \- Solid knowledge of Excel.
