Essential skills: * Professional experience (3\-5 years) in a System Analyst roles or similar; * Analyze current systems and business processes to identify improvements and optimisation opportunities; * Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional and non\-functional specifications; * Support solution design and implementation, working closely with development and cross\-functional teams; * Produce documentation and ensure ongoing support, performance monitoring, and change management for systems; * Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
