Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain **web applications using Ruby on Rails**. * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver features. * Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security. * Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers. * Integrate applications with third\-party APIs and services. * Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices across the team. * Support CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery practices. Essential skills: * 5\+ years of professional experience with **Ruby on Rails**. * Strong knowledge of **relational databases** (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks. * Experience with **frontend technologies** (JavaScript, React, or similar). * Familiarity with **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Solid understanding of **REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations**. * Experience with **testing frameworks** (RSpec, Capybara, etc.). * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams. * Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
