We are seeking a Metalworking Project Preparation, Production, and Site Coordination Technician to join our team in Sintra. The role bridges the office, workshop, and construction site. We seek a candidate with practical experience in metalworking, technical sheet metal fabrication, structural steelwork, or plate work, capable of reading drawings, performing on-site measurements, supporting cost estimation, preparing manufacturing information, overseeing workshop production, and technically coordinating external installations. The role involves: • Analysis of technical drawings and customer orders; • Technical support for cost estimation; • Site surveys, measurements, and corrections; • Project preparation and fabrication drawings; • Material lists, cutting lists, and component lists; • Workshop production oversight; • Technical coordination of on-site work; • Liaison with team leaders, procurement, cost estimation, and production; • Dimensional control and quality assurance; • Recording of deviations and process improvement. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Tekla, or equivalent software is valued, as well as experience in cutting, bending, welding, assembly, painting/galvanizing, dimensional control, and site supervision.
