This role involves leading a full-stack team (.NET Core and React), defining best practices for architecture and coding (Clean Architecture, Clean Code), developing scalable microservices-based solutions, integrating backend and frontend systems, mentoring developers, and collaborating with technical and functional stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality, robust solutions. **Requirements:** * 8+ years of experience with .NET Core; * 4+ years of experience with React; * Strong experience developing REST Web APIs; * Proficiency with ORMs (Entity Framework Core or Dapper); * Experience with Message Brokers (RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka); * Solid knowledge of microservices architecture; * Experience with relational databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL); * Experience developing web SPAs with React; * Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit); * Mastery of Git and the Gitflow workflow; * Mandatory experience with Clean Code / Clean Architecture.
