Data Management Support** * Perform data entry and import into the database, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and standardization; * Implement data normalization and validation practices to standardize and ensure information quality; * Train internal teams on best practices for data quality, promoting consistency in information recording; * Analyze and classify entries in databases; * Monitor and request re-submission and reclassification of donations when necessary. * **Data Intelligence and Analysis Support** * Regularly analyze data associated with KPIs, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement; * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards providing an up-to-date view of organizational performance; * Facilitate training on report and dashboard interpretation; * Collaborate closely with other teams to understand information needs and ensure relevant analyses; * Support the development and maintenance of reports and listings for donor acquisition and retention campaigns (individual and corporate); * Participate in data reporting initiatives of the International Federation; * Support requirements gathering and definition of data studies and analyses; * Utilize analytics and visualization tools that optimize insight interpretation and communication. **3\. Continuous Improvement and Professional Development** * Collaborate with area management in defining operational priorities; * Regularly report progress on assigned tasks to direct leadership; * Identify training needs to support ongoing skill development. **Requirements** **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields; * Experience and knowledge in data analysis; * Experience and knowledge of BI and data analysis tools; * Experience using and/or administering information systems. **Technical and Behavioral Competencies** * Data Management: Advanced ability in data analysis, modeling, and visualization. * Tool Proficiency: Experience with BI and data analysis tools. * Communication: Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. * Problem Solving: Proactivity and effectiveness in identifying and resolving ethical and operational challenges.
