




Summary: This internship offers hands-on experience in guest experience management within a multi-unit hospitality group, focusing on coordination, programs, and teamwork. Highlights: 1. Develop skills in customer experience coordination and service quality. 2. Support planning and execution of guest events and experience programs. 3. Work closely with an Experience Coordinator on daily tasks and projects. **Program Objective:** To provide interns with hands\-on experience in guest experience management within a multi\-unit hospitality group. Interns will develop skills in customer experience coordination, communication, feedback analysis, teamwork, and service quality, preparing them for future roles in hospitality, tourism, or guest experience management. **Coordination with Teams \& Partners** * Collaborating with internal teams (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F\&B) * Supporting communication between units to ensure a consistent guest experience * Assisting in coordinating local partners and external service providers * Helping manage guest\-facing services such as tours, activities, and transportation **Programs \& Events for Guests** * Supporting the planning and execution of guest events and experience programs * Assisting with scheduling and logistics of special activities offered at the units * Helping collect guest feedback on events and experiences * Supporting improvements and new ideas for guest engagement **Teamwork \& Learning** * Working closely with the Experience Coordinator on daily tasks and projects * Participating in team meetings and sharing improvement ideas * Learning how guest experience is managed across multiple hospitality units * Developing organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Currently enrolled in **Hospitality, Management, Tourism, or related fields**. * Able to provide an **Internship Agreement** * EU Citizen or have a VISA * Excellent **organizational and multitasking skills** with keen attention to detail. * Strong **written and verbal communication abilities**. * A **proactive attitude**, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. * Passion for **hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences**.
