Our flagship initiatives include 42 Portugal and TUMO Portugal, two free\-of\-charge, high\-impact programs focused on technological and creative skills development and social mobility. Within Shaken Academy, Shaken Not Stirred also designs and delivers professional and executive training programs, such as AI Dive for Business — an immersive, hands\-on program that challenges participants to explore the practical impact of Artificial Intelligence in real business contexts, using collaborative and project\-based learning methodologies. Due to the rapid growth in demand for Shaken Academy programs, we are strengthening our delivery teams. **ABOUT THE ROLE:** The Training Programs Trainee role is designed for junior profiles, preferably recruited from 42 School, who are interested in developing technical, pedagogical, and facilitation skills in a real training delivery environment. This role focuses on direct support to program delivery, working closely with Training Programs Support and Hosts / Programs Facilitators to ensure a smooth learning experience and high\-quality execution of each program. The Training Programs Trainee is part of the Ed Staff of Shaken Academy and represents a natural pipeline for progression into the Training Programs Support role, based on performance and organizational needs. **RESPONSABILITIES:** * Support the development, adaptation, and continuous improvement of training content, including topics such as Artificial Intelligence, programming, and digital tools * Collaborate in the pedagogical preparation and execution of training programs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives * Provide technical and operational support for training sessions, including preparation of spaces, platforms, software, and equipment * Act as a key on\-site support figure during program delivery, assisting participants with technical or methodological questions * Work closely with Hosts / Programs Facilitators to ensure sessions run smoothly and participant dynamics are well managed * Support and guide Training Programs Trainees during program delivery, contributing to their learning and development * Collect feedback from participants and internal teams, contributing to the evaluation and continuous improvement of programs * Follow and help uphold the delivery standards and best practices defined by Shaken Academy **WHAT YOU BRING:** * Students or alumni of 42 School * Genuine interest in technology, hands\-on learning, and teamwork * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to adapt to fast\-paced and dynamic environments * Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail * Availability to participate in in\-person program editions * No previous teaching or training experience is required. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Part\-time Internship (42 Astra Program) * Direct involvement in real professional and executive training programs * Hands\-on learning in training delivery, applied pedagogy, and group facilitation * Close mentoring and support from more senior team members (Training Programs Support) * Opportunity to progress into a Training Programs Support role, depending on performance and team needs * Integration into a dynamic team driven by social and educational impact
