Noesis is seeking a Junior Salesforce Consultant with strong motivation to grow in the CRM field, who has already had some exposure to the Salesforce platform or holds a degree in Engineering (Computer Science or similar) with solid programming foundations: **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the analysis, development, and configuration of solutions on the Salesforce platform; * Collaborate with technical and functional teams to implement business functionalities; * Support the integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools; * Contribute to the technical and functional documentation of projects; * Continuously learn about the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud); **Requirements:** * Academic degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields; * At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce; * Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Apex, or SQL; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Critical thinking, proactivity, and eagerness to learn; * Good command of English (spoken and written); * Availability for a hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days per week in Lisbon.
