**Maintenance Technician** *New Production Unit* We are recruiting a **Maintenance Technician** to join the technical support team of a new production unit. This role will be essential in ensuring the **smooth operation of industrial equipment and facilities**, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance interventions to maximize operational reliability and efficiency. The selected candidate will work directly with technologies involving **plastic injection, foam injection, assembly, and automation systems**, actively participating in troubleshooting and executing maintenance plans. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** activities on machines, equipment, and infrastructure; * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or automation-related faults; * Support the installation, commissioning, and fine-tuning of new production equipment; * Carry out and document preventive maintenance plans according to internal procedures; * Collaborate in programming and adjusting automated systems (including PLCs); * Monitor equipment performance indicators and report anomalies; * Assist external interventions carried out by suppliers or service providers; * Ensure proper use of maintenance tools, equipment, and materials; * Guarantee compliance with **health, safety, and environmental standards** during all interventions; * Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes by suggesting and implementing best practices. ### **Requirements** ### **Profile and Qualifications** * Technical education in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field; * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance (preferable); * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance (required); * Knowledge of automation and PLC programming (preferable); * Ability to diagnose and resolve faults in an industrial environment; * Basic knowledge of computer tools (MS Office, maintenance software); * Dynamic, proactive, and problem-solving oriented; * Team spirit and good communication skills; * Resilience and ability to work under pressure; * Availability to work shifts (07h\-15h30/ 15h30\-00h00/ 00h00\-07h00\).
