Operate information and telecommunications systems installed in emergency centers, emergency vehicles, and other structures deployed during crisis response and event prevention activities; record data and performed activities in accordance with current regulations, and transmit such information to CDOS and/or INEM or to designated personnel; handle emergency calls at the Fire Department Central, perform call triage and provide telephone advice, as well as activate, monitor, and manage emergency and rescue resources in accordance with established protocols and under shift supervisor oversight; cooperate and collaborate in all activities of any nature promoted by the Lousã Municipal Fire Department under the Commandant’s supervision, as well as in disseminating information deemed relevant for safeguarding persons and property.
