To strengthen the Collision team in Coimbra, and reporting to the Collision Manager, your main challenges will be: \- Customer service and follow-up; \- Ensuring needs assessment, recording damages and anomalies; \- Administrative and document management related to claims processes; \- Interaction with different operational areas. If your profile matches our requirements, you have: \- Secondary education (12th grade); \- Professional experience as a receptionist or in customer-facing roles (preferential); \- Strong customer focus and orientation; \- Resilience and ability to handle stress; \- High interpersonal and teamwork skills; \- High organizational and planning skills; \- Valid driver's license (mandatory requirement); \- Good computer skills (user level); \- Residence in Coimbra or surrounding areas.
